PCH Mutual recently convened in its new home, Vermont, for its annual Shareholder’s meeting followed by its Board of Director’s meeting. The Board was fortunate to be welcomed by David Provost, Deputy Commissioner, Captive Insurance Vermont Department of Financial Regulation during the course of its meeting. When board members were not busy at work on behalf of PCH members, they enjoyed beautiful Burlington, Vermont, offering sunsets over picturesque Lake Champlain and a feast of summer sights and sounds.
