PCH is thrilled to welcome two new members, Ian Davis and Karen Woodbury Cordero, to our Board of Directors. They bring valuable expertise consistent with our mission to provide high quality insurance designed specifically for closely-held and family-owned adult care homes and residential facilities.
Ian Davis fills our Vermont-resident seat, bringing a wealth of experience in captive insurance from the public and private sector. With deep roots in Vermont and a robust background as Senior Vice President of Captive Insurance at M&T Bank, Ian will be a valuable asset supporting continuity in our state compliance and advancing our mission.
Karen Woodbury Cordero, Director of Education and Support at the Adult Family Home Council in Washington state which represents over 5,000 AFHs, brings a different skill set and expertise to our board. Her dedication to improving residential care quality and fostering supportive communities aligns with our values, and we are excited to benefit from her knowledge and passion.
We look forward to the growth and positive change Ian and Karen will help foster. We are honored to have them join our leadership team and eager to see all they will bring to PCH and its members.
